Was not what I thought, too small for large male. Very upset that I had to pay for the return which was just about what I paid for the item. Too bad, I've been happy with Medline in the past.

Arrived very quick. It is of good quality and very easy to assemble!

Not what it showed

I ordered the transfer bench commode. The actual transfer seat was opposite of the picture which was so important and whole reason for ordering. For holding up to 400 pounds chair seemed lightweight. I wanted to return and they were going to allow me but I would have to pay shipping which would not be a big deal except the return postage was going to be 78 dollars because of box size. Make sure it is something you truly need or want. I am out of monies because of it
