i use them to sit on due to an unfixable bruised bottom, when doing projects or eating a meal. I’m not very heavy, but recently twice a pack burst open. Obviously we’re not meant for sitting on, so will have to resort to something sturdier. They do have a way of freezing nicely…better than other cold packs.
