slow delivery

My order was placed on 6/18 but wasn't shipped until 7/1 (13 days)

My previous order was placed on 4/17, I inquired about it on 4/25 and was told I needed to confirm my address. Then I was told the "supplier" had used an incorrect address. I received my order maybe 5 days later.

Delivery just takes too long. The product is as expected.
