I am only 4 ft 11 lbs my stool is not a low stool
The rail is at the lowest setting it really is not comfortable the padded rail should be about 2 to 3 inches lower around 23 for someone as short as I am. in all fairness, I have bad knees and no leg muscles so my arms are helping me up. It’s better than what I had.
